These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Flinova's website and services, including website builds, WhatsApp ordering setup, and the Flinova business dashboard. By engaging Flinova or using our dashboard, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Flinova provides custom website design and development, WhatsApp ordering system setup, Google Business Profile and Analytics setup, basic SEO foundation, and a personal business dashboard for tracking orders, leads, and visitors. Exact scope for your project is confirmed with you before work begins.

2. Project process

After you choose a plan and share your business details, we build your website and dashboard, set up the included technical integrations, and share the site with you for review before it goes live. Timelines are communicated at the start of your project and may vary based on how quickly requested content and approvals are provided.

3. Payment terms

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Pricing for our current plans is listed on our Pricing page. Full payment (or an agreed advance, where applicable) is required before work begins unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Renewal fees for domain and hosting (where applicable) are billed annually as described on our Pricing page.

4. Your responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, we rely on you to provide accurate business information, product/service details, images, and any required approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing this information may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual property

Once your project is paid for and delivered, you own the content, branding, and business data specific to your website (your text, images, logo, and product listings). Flinova retains ownership of the underlying dashboard platform, templates, code frameworks, and any reusable systems used to build your site — these are licensed to you for use as part of your website, not sold outright.

6. Dashboard use

Your dashboard login is for your use in managing your own business's orders, leads, and product listings. Please keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

7. Limitation of liability

We work carefully to deliver a working, well-tested website and dashboard, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services we integrate with (such as WhatsApp, Google, Razorpay, or hosting providers). Flinova is not liable for losses arising from outages or changes to these third-party services that are outside our control.

8. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. If you cancel before your project is delivered, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies. We reserve the right to suspend dashboard access for accounts that violate these terms or are used unlawfully.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
