Refund & Cancellation Policy

Business Kits and other digital products

Because kits are delivered instantly as downloadable files, they are non-refundable once downloaded. If your payment succeeded but you did not receive the file (no download and no email within 30 minutes), email hello@flinova.in or WhatsApp us with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll resend it or refund you in full within 5–7 working days.

If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate charge is refunded in full.

Website builds

• Before work starts: cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund.
• After the brief is received and work has started: a refund of the unused portion may be offered at our discretion, less work completed and any domain/hosting already purchased on your behalf (domains are non-refundable).
• After delivery: no refund, but we'll fix any defects covered by your support period at no cost.

Domain and hosting renewals

Renewal fees are non-refundable once the domain or hosting has been renewed.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days of approval.
