How we use it

To reply to you, send a demo, or deliver a kit you purchased.
To send you the Google Meet link and a reminder for a booking.
To send a short follow-up about Flinova services. You can opt out by replying "stop" to any message or emailing us.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet owned by Flinova, accessible only to approved Google accounts, and processed by Google Apps Script. Emails are sent through Google Workspace/Gmail. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. under their own privacy policy.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers above, and only as needed to deliver what you asked for.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months and order records for as long as Indian tax law requires. Email us to see, correct or delete your data and we'll act within 7 working days.

Our Young Author Studio kit is bought by parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18, and author websites we build never require a child's photo or personal details.
