The dashboard reads data from your Google Sheet in real time. If it's showing old data, try these steps:

💡 Tip: In Chrome on your phone, tap the three dots menu → "Add to Home Screen". This creates an app-like shortcut on your phone — faster to open than typing the URL every time.

Your business data — what to do and what to avoid
The Google Sheet is the database behind your dashboard. Every order, subscriber, and payment is stored there. You don't need to open the sheet every day — the dashboard shows everything in a friendlier format.
You can open the sheet directly if you need to do bulk edits, export data, or do something the dashboard doesn't support yet.

⚠️ These actions can break your dashboard. Avoid them completely:
- Never delete any column — even if it looks empty
- Never rename a sheet tab (the tabs at the bottom: Orders, Customers, etc.)

- Never share the sheet with someone you don't trust completely
Google Sheets automatically saves version history. To recover:
- Open your Google Sheet
- Click File → Version History → See version history
- Browse to the version before the deletion
- Click "Restore this version"
